Payments and Refunds

All payments for services are processed through Sagar Miller LLC. Fees are outlined in individual service agreements or on our pricing page. Unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement, all payments are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables, video content, designs, and creative assets produced by Sagar Miller LLC (operating as Tetra Agency) for the client become the property of the client upon full payment. Sagar Miller LLC retains the right to display work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Sagar Miller LLC, operating as Tetra Agency, provides media marketing and video production services intended to support clients' promotional and brand goals.

However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, engagement rates, or lead conversion rates.

In no event shall Sagar Miller LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
